Dell XPS 13 (9350) Bluetooth Peripheral Device

I paired it successfully with bluetooth earphone Pamu Slide but can't connect with them. The problem didn't happened with XPS 13 (9380). Update blutooth driver to the latest. The driver of Pamu Slide appeared in the driver list, but in Other devices still had Bluetooth Peripheral Device (?) appear. How to resolve it?
