Dell XPS 13 9350 Screen flashing issue
Hi everyone,
My XPS 9350 sporadically has black flashes/flickering and sometimes these flashes appears barcode like. I have seen a lot of discussion about this on the internet and want to know whether there is a solution to this common issue.

i just have the same problem i don't think there is a solution besides replacing the board.
for me, i had a usb problem and dell replaced my motherboard, then the flickering happens when in bios/diagnostics so its safe to say its not a driver issue
although i found that unplugging and pluggin it back in helps to stablize it but still... something is def wrong with the hardware in that case ask for a new board and make sure the wires are connected well
