Dell XPS 13 9350 not charging

Question

I'm getting the 'AC adapter type cannot be determined' message when booting up when I havethe power cord plugged. When it is plugged in, I can boot up (with that message) and it'll stay on but not charge. It says 'Plugged in' on Windows (not 'Plugged in, not charging' like others have). I've tried a different charger, and I've replaced the battery and the DC jack. I'm out of solutions for this one. Anyone help?

I forgot to mention: When I plug in the power cord, the battery light turns white for about 3 seconds as if it is charging, but after that it just goes blank.
