Dell XPS 13 9370 Speaker Popping
When I'm using Dell XPS 13 9370 and quietly browsing the web (and even have it muted), the speakers make random popping noises, sort of like the sound you get when you turn a speaker on and off.
All the drivers are up to date according to the Dell Update application.
Is there an update coming for this, or is a way I can make it stop?
I can see other posts where people have popping sounds during playback, or just before it, but this is just when it's sitting quietly not trying to play sound.
Thanks a lot!

Hi zwiar,
The user in the post above yours fixed it by uninstalling the driver (click 'uninstall driver' too) reboot and windows (10) puts a default 'high definition audio device' driver from 2016 on (10.0.14393.0).
Here is additional information you may find helpful:

Hi Robert, it seems that this is workable solution.
My question is - do you know, when the originally targeted driver will work normaly?
Thanks!

the link is referring to generic driver page.
Can you be more specific as I still have the issues on place and I need to be resolved as this is ultra annoying.
Thanks!

Hi zwiar,
From that link I posted, go to the "category" type, drop down the menu and select audio. You will see the link to the driver.

Robert, that is clear.
I'm even now with the latest driver - 6.0.1.8569.
The problem is still on place.
I need urgent advice what must be done.
This is unacceptable for such a premium product.

As I promised to keep the community updated - NO, still no resolution on that case.
After 2 elementary suggestion which of course does not have any kind an impact over the issue, the support person here told me that the computer is not registered on my name?
