Dell XPS 9570 Official Nvidia Drivers

Hi, has anyone tried the official Nvidia drivers for the 1050ti with MaxQ design graphics card? It seems to be more updated than the Dell one. There are two official drivers what you can download from the Nvidia website: the "standard" and the "DCH". Which one should I install? Thanks for your feedback
