Dell XPS 9570 freezes with rattling sound

Question

I have less than a year old XPS 9570 laptop that periodically freezes with loud buzzing/rattling sound and can only be restarted by forced shut-down. It has been through multiple service calls and at Dell repair center where they replaced video fan but the problem persists. It has been upgraded to latest BIOS 1.16, all latest drivers and s/w updates with no resolution in sight. Any suggestions how to address it would be helpful

I just spend 2 hours waiting on the telephone for customer service with no reply.
