Dell says "Out for Delivery" but tracking says "In production"
I got an email from Dell that my order for XPS17 is out for delivery. I was not going to be home, so I got someone to wait there. After waiting all day and no delivery, I checked on the tracking button in the email that took me to the Dell site where the laptop is shown as "In production" and Build:complete. It had not yet shipped.
So I am at a loss to understand what Dell meant when they sent the email with the subject: "Your order is out for delivery"

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Same problem. Now I don’t know if Dell just has terrible order tracking and customer care or if my order has been stolen in lost
