Dell xps 15 7590 audio function

So just got my new xps 15 2019 version, and the computer detects the speaker and earphones i put in as the same device also i dont have realtek hd audio i just have realtek audio. I tried to update the driver and then pick a driver from local computer cause that was the solution to alot of people but theres nothing

My nividia control panel is also missing along with my realtek hd audio manager plzz help.
Oh and sound does come through both speaker and earphone so thats fine.

Realtek does not have a way to give the speaker a separate channel from the earphone. So the volumes cannot be separated.
