Disable Facial Recognition and Fingerprint Log In

Is there a way to disable/turn OFF the options to log on via facial recognition and fingerprint?

I noticed for the new XPS 13, it says you can "choose from two ways to log on - facial recognition OR fingerprint." I don't want to do either. I simply want to log as I always have - with a password.

Is there a way to turn these features off and just log on with a password? I will not buy it if there's no way around it.

I have tried every solution offered on this site to disable facial recognition. Fast Access is not in my programs to remove and Hello is not available in my sign in options. But every time I turn on or wake up my laptop I get the screen that says "enable facial recognition" and also shows my name to click and enter my password. If I click to enable facial recognition, nothing happens. This has been going on since the day I purchased this laptop and it's super annoying.
