I got some replacements by looking for Bambo Ink nibs. They have a 3 nib package and I am using one of those. Sometimes you might be able to tell by looking at pictures of the nibs but hard to judge compatibility.
Keep in mind, you can replace the nib by pulling it out and if needed, unscrewing the tip in the opposite direction you might think.
Thanks. I do see there is a post mentioned that Bamboo Ink nibs are compatible. I want to know the compatibility between surface pen and PN597X because there are some metal nibs on the market designed for surface pen. I believe I can switch to this kind of metal nibs if either PN597X or Bamboo ink supports surface pen nibs.
Maybe someone else would know but the shape of the nibs you show are different from the original. Keep in mind, the nibs are inserted into the pen without removing the tip of the barrel.
The attachment may show after some period of time.

Those Pens do come with one replacement ...
