Yes, it should work, I have it in two of my Dell systems.  At the present time, the 6 GHz radio is not being used but that could change at any moment.  The card will work fine with the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks.

I tried to upgrade my Dell XPS8930 running Windows 11with an Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E card and while the "upgrade" went fine I it only worked in dual band 2.5 and 5 GHz.   Upgraded to the latest Intel drivers and try as I might I could not get the 6 GHz band to work.  Seems it may be that something Dell is restricting.

I don't think Dell is restricting anything. For 6 GHz wifi to work, you need a 6GHz compatible router/AP, which are still rare to find. You may have to buy one. You can check link negotiation speed from RUN > ncpa.cpl

Double click wifi adapter & it will show you current link speed. Get very close to the router to get that negotiation speed up.

Also from Device Manager>Network>WiFi card - double click, advanced/properties. You'll have option of preferring 6GHz conn.
