Driver Update Fails Multiple Attempts

Logged in to Dell web site to check for driver updates, had site detect my laptop, selected to show drivers for my machine only. One driver needs to be updated. I have downloaded three times and attempted to install this driver, but it failed all three times (the last attempted I went to the download folder, right clicked the file, and tried "open as administrator," which sometimes makes a difference. It did not.

The driver is called Intel Graphics User Interface, v1.100.2682.0 (A05) July 15, 2020.

Update info says "Driver update to address the Intel security advisory INTEL-SA-00315.

The only error message I get is "The update installer operation is unsuccessful" and I am given the option to view the installation log, which I have pasted below.

My Windows 10 machine is up-to-date, as are all Dell updates that have been downloaded/installed via the SupportAssist software.
