EA Origin games not running on Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 7390

Star Wars Battlefront 2 (SWB2) ran once, but after running Intel Graphics Command Centre, Origin complained about a lack of license and now SWB2 will not run at all, even after repairing / updating in Origin, and removing Intel Graphics Command Centre.

Titanfall 2 will run but only in campaign mode, online multi-player will not work as it seems Titanfall 2 cannot locate any game servers.

Other non-Origin games like Minecraft Windows 10 works fine.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Origin games with Intel Graphics Command Centre on the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 7390?
