Express Charge Option Disappeared From Dell Power Manager
Dell XPS 7590 Windows 10 2004 (97Wh battery & 130W charger)
A few weeks ago, went to activate Express Charge in the Dell Power Manager only to find it missing, please help.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement to be done in late August.
