Fail to update thunderbolt firmware NVM26 on XPS 9550

I have the latested BIOS, v1.9.0,  Intel thunderbolt Controller Drive,  and Intel 100 Series Chipset drivers.  When I try to run he NVM26 to updated my Thudrebol 3 Firmware update, I fails (see the screen shot).    Does anyone know how to fix this problem?   (My XPS15's service tag is    Many Thanks!!
