XPS 13 9370, Fn + F7 for Unobtrusive mode
Hi,
I just switched from a Dell XPS13 9350 to a 9370 model this week, and one thing that I'm sorely missing is the BIOS option to use Fn+F7 to toggle off all visuals and sound (the so-called unobtrusive mode that is available in the 9350 model). Would be great if this could be added in a future BIOS update!

It's not totally what you have requested but maybe you'll find this post somewhat useful..
* To mute the sound you can use Fn+F1
* To turn off the screen you can use this app:

* To do perform both of those operations at once you can try to use Autohotkey (didn't try it for that, just an idea):
