Firmware still running at 30% 24 hour, but mist battery
Hi i have XPS 13,
i START a firmware 1.13 and the problem is still stay at 30%.
And it's stay at 30% and i mist battery already.
now i'm plugin the laptop again but it's still stay at 30% since 24 hour.
Any issue or i need to wait until the update pass....
i need some explication concerning this pls if you can.

What is the exact model number of your system? And if the system is still at 30% after 24 hours, you may have no choice but to restart it. Did your battery run down under 10% or completely lose any charge? If so then the firmware will have failed anyway if the system was not plugged in.

it's a xps 13 16 gig.
already my wife close the pc to. if the firmware as failed and the pc continu at 30% what can i do more??

Number 1 Pray, that the BIOS is not corrupted
You have no option but to Force shutdown the machine using power button
If you face issues again powering it back on ,Remove power cable and hold power button for 30 seconds. Plug cable back and power it on.
Same issue , you will have to recover bios .
