HELP Dell XPS 15 9570 battery or charger problem

Hello I have this problem since couple of months now. The problem probably started since I changed my SSD I think. I changed my SSD to Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb. The problem is after the changed my laptop performance has somewhat been slower than before. And my laptop does not seems to charge properly. I charges for couple of seconds and stops, then again it charges for couple of seconds and stops. This keeps on repeating.
