I'm having trouble with the question mark in my keyboard

I have set my keyboard language to Brazilian Portuguese, but shockingly there's no button to add a the question mark in this setting. So everytime I want to write a question, I have to change between the Brazilian and the UK keyboard so I can add the symbol "?". Can anyone help me with that? I have already wrote to Dell support, but they forwarded me around and I ended up without any reasonable solution.
