Integrated webcam not working
Hello all,
I have a problem using my integrated webcam with webinar apps zoom or cisco webex.
Everything worked perfect until I downloaded a "snap cam" app. I removed thiw app after all but my cam although it is lit doesn't show anything.
Any help please?

I've seen this on a few Dell laptops within the last month. Two were Latitude 5500's and I can't recall the third. All had the same driver from 2006 on the Integrated Webcam. I have a Latitude 5440, with the exact driver version and that works fine.
Hoping to find a resolution.
