International warranty transfer
Hello,
I recently moved to the United States, and tried several times for example, case # on your website to transfer warranty of my XPS 15 service tag: from my home country, South Korea, to the United States. However, I was not answered with any of my warranty transfer request on your form.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me with this issue a.s.a.p., since my warranty will expire soon (on November) and I want to extend my warranty.

Hello skim48,
When did you submit the transfer request online? It takes up to 15 business days for international transfers to complete. I would request you to click on my name and open my profile to send me a private message with the system service tag, the service reference number and the invoice of the system. I shall take a look at the request and update you accordingly with the progress.
