Latest Video driver for XPS 13 9360

There is something apparently wrong in the Dell support information, concerning the video driver updates for the Intel HD 620 video driver of the XPS 13 9360 .

Problem is as follows:
Looking at the Dell Support page in USA, I find the latest video driver to be Version 23.20.16.4973 released 15 May 2018 , (information about contents of the 'last updated' is missing, as usual).

Looking at the Dell Support page in Germany (where I am) , the latest version of the same driver is now (since yesterday) version 22.20.16.4735 (see Dell Germany Photo 3) - the version given in USA as most recent version, is given in Germany as an older version of the same driver (see Dell Germany Photo 4)
