Led sequency/don't start

Good afternoon,

My notebook xps13 9360 doesn't start up, and blink 2x orange led and 1x white led. Before that it started to restart all the time. What can i do?

Meu notebook xps13 9360 não esta mais ligando, e fica piscando 2x o led laranja e 1x o led branco em sequência. Ontem ele começou a reiniciar sozinho e agora não esta ligando mais. Alguem tem idéia do que possa ser?
