Your post does not say whether you tried to run the diagnostics by pressing F12 at startup. Please try that. Make sure you are using the best link to the Support Assist program.

Also have you tried these suggestions?
- System Configuration > Touchscreen (Toggle Off, then back On)
- Power Management > Auto On Time (Switch it to a different option, then back to Disabled)
- Power Management > Wake on Dell USB-C Docks (Toggle Off, then On)
