Different countries have different websites with different configurators, and you didn't mention your country, but I'm looking at the Dell USA consumer portal (www.dell.com/home) and when I go to the XPS 13 9370 page, every build lists the option for either color. When I click "View Details", and then expand the Components section, "Color Choice" is the very first option. I would attach screenshots, but this forum has been having issues with those.
