Precision 5520 DC Jack

Hi, my precision 5520 won't be able to charge recently, my warranty is overdue and i'm in other country currently. I've tried to replace AC adapter and battery, still same issue. Then i replaced DC jack, it works, however, after few times plug, same issue come up. I've already replaced two DC jacks, it will only works like one month then broken. Any one can help me to figure out how to fix this issue permanently?
