Random screen flashes dell xps 13 (9380)

Hello. I have a dell xps 13 (9380) windows 10 that i got just 2 days ago. I notice random lightning fast screen flashes from time to time while using the PC. I have updated all drivers etc but they seem to linger. 

They are super fast "single frame" flashes. They seem to pop up at complete random times and frequencies.
