Re: XPS 13 9380 and docking station TB16 problems
this is my last choice before selling xps 9380 and TB16 I draw a line here.
had issues with old 9350 and TB16 but that problems where nothing compared to this combo.
terrible terrible service from Dell.

I have a recently purchased "New" XPS 13 9300, and I am using it with an older TB16. I was previously using the TB16 with a 3 year old XPS with no problems. However, I have multiple problems with the TB16 and my new XPS.
The video (HDMI) always seems to work fine. However, the ethernet and USB ports come and go. They will work for a minute or 2, and then they stop working for 15 or 20 seconds, and then they work again for a few minutes. Every once in a while, the TB16 ports completely lock up requiring a computer restart to get them working again. 2 or 3 times I even received a Windows blue screen with the message "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION".
I have installed every updated driver I could fine, but the problem continues.
