XPS 15 9560, suddenly poor bass audio quality
One morning, without changing anything my XPS 15 9560 has poor audio quality.
Definition poor audio quality: the bass levels are smudgy, mid-tones sound lower. The audio sounds overall more bassy, smudgy and not clear.
I updated Realtek hidefinition audio driver. Nothing changed.
Running Windows 10 version 1803 with Waves MaxxAudioPro (I don't use it)
Realtek Audio Properties: driver Version: 6.0.1.8569

Had a similar issue with the speaker sound. Maybe this helps:

In an attempt to roll back a sound driver (I think Realtek, don't know for sure) I got the solution. Ironically I only removed the driver ant it worked!!

Have the same issue, and wow in my opinion not an improvement of audio if that was the intention
