Thunderbolt Software Error?

Okay...so I am on my third XPS 13 9380. The first one had an issue with the fans popping. The second had super loud coil whine. 

Now...this one is giving me a error when the computer is restarted that the thunderbolt software is no longer used and can be safely uninstalled. 

I went and uninstalled it thinking I could try to reinstall it, but I can’t find the software anywhere. The only software I can find is the thunderbolt controller software. 

Was the regular thunderbolt software replaced with the controller software?

I also ran full diagnostics and no issues where found.
