Touchscreen not working after replacing 9570 FHD Screen w/ 9560 4k Touchscreen

I have a XPS 9570 FHD and I want to replace the screen with a 4K version, was the replacement process difficult?

First make sure your system has the 6-cell 97 WHr battery. Don't even consider it with the 3 cell battery.
Second, realize you'll see your battery runtime decrease markedly - as much as 50%, if that's a consideration.

My touchscreen enabled XPS 13 9350 has a BIOS option to enable the touchscreen. Did you check that?
