Two ways to uninstall McAfee and remove all it's components:
Revo Uninstaller (free version) is one most powerful uninstaller. Revo will uninstall McAfee and delete all the leftover McAfee registry.

It might ultimately be easier to build and deploy a clean Windows 10 image completely without McAfee on it. It's not particularly easy to rid systems of the invasive McAfee (or Norton, etc.) security suites once they've been installed.

You could use IObit uninstaller. In fact, any uninstaller application would do the job for you.
This software would remove all the Norton or McAfee bloat from your system.
I hope this helps!
