Upgrade RAM on Dell XPS 15 9750
Hi,
I know my laptop RAM can be expanded. How many RAM slots are there? How many are used by default / how many are unused?
I would prefer not to do this operation by myself because I fear to ruin my laptop case.
As for my knowledge, there is no official Dell assistance in Italy, moreover, I know that usual assistance practices may be subject to changes due to the current virus situation.
So what are the official Dell-approved steps to upgrade RAM on my laptop? Would it be possible to provide the RAM by myself and send it to the assistance?

Service manual (link below) has the procedure. No, Dell doesn't install upgrades - but any local computer shop will likely install memory for you if you purchase the module(s) from them. It's an easy job to do.
