Where do we buy XPS 9360 battery?

Hello the community,

I'd like to buy a replacement battery for XPS 13 9360 to be shipped in France.

• https://www.dell.com/batteries does not sell batteries for XPS 13 9360
• "DellFrance", "DellCares" and its french equivalent "Dell vous écoute" services all retreat into silence since the moment I gave them my service tag and they realized my warranty had expired

I bought a 3rd party battery which works in discharging but is abusively rejected in charging by the BIOS because it is not genuine and there is no option to force it to charge the battery anyway. Why the h*ll do they reject 3rd party batteries if they're not even able to sell genuine ones? I'm freaking out...
