Whooshing sound when turning on XPS 13 7390

Got a new laptop this morning and everything was good until just now... when I turned the laptop on again after having put it in hibernate earlier today, there was like a whoosh sound from the bottom. I presume it came from the fans but I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to whoosh like that. 

Please help!
