Windows 10 Update keeps prompting to install old Firmware

Windows 10 Pro 1903 and previously 1809 is trying to push an older version of the XPS 15 9570 firmware to my laptop. 

I'm currently on 1.11+ and it keeps trying to install 1.8.1. 

Umm no thanks. 

I've disabled the Update driver feature in Win Update, via the Hardware tab and deleted all the downloads from the SoftwareDistribution folder under C:\Windows but it keeps coming back. 

Also tried teh reg edit of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DriverSearching setting the SearchOrderConfig - REG_DWORD = 0, but keeps coming up.

 

Any ideas?
