If an upgrade fails, it will normally do a rollback on its own. And this is a specific process and has to unwind everything it just did.
If you want to know what might be happening, you can download the utility below, and run it then copy and paste the results of the report it creates in its folder. This alone may not give enough info so other files may be required.

I have a fully compatible desktop and 22H2 kept failing. Even failed the "repair/in place upgrade" using an ISO.
I did the following and was successful in upgrading to 22H2.
1. Run Disk Clean up/Cleanup System Files
2. Download a new 22H2 ISO
3. Perform "repair" in place upgrade

The report just shows it was having a situation with a booting situation. If you want, I would like to see the setupact.log from the same folder. It is a fairly large file and may give more info. If you could make it available on your OneDrive or some other hosting site and give us a link.
If you decide to do a direct upgrade, as suggested, it may work but I would like to have the file in case it could help others.
I have noticed some folks with that system are having problems booting if the Memory Integrity option is enabled in Windows. So, it may even be involved in your situation also.

Honestly no need to rush the update... 21H2 is still supported well into next year. You can give it some more time to 'bake' and then come back to it.

That setupact.log is the one from the Rollback process. You should have one that is much larger. If it is not in the folder created, look in the C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther folder or even the Windows\Panther folder but check the dates to make sure it came from the upgrade attempt.
This log does not give any info, I can find, concerning the original problem.

I'm subscribed to the insider program to always test the latest features... and you will see me in other betas programs, because I like it... the 22H2 is available to the public already... so is time enough to work on my laptop...

Sorry to say I do not see a definite cause for the Rollback. Problems sometimes occur offline and are not shown in the logs.
I do notice your drive configuration is not the normal Dell configuration. I will assume you have replaced the NVMe drive, perhaps that process is involved.
How did you replace the original drive?

If it's enough time to work on your laptop then why is it not working? I'd like to hear about your success with this update as I decide whether or not to push the update on my own system.

I mean, this problem has a long time, since the beta versions of the 22H2... now in the final release still the issue... Dell or Microsoft should have fixed this issue already...

It seems the thread you link no one asked for the install file, setupact.log. If you want to make that available, I can check it but no promises.
It is normally in the C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther folder but may also be in the Windows\Panther folder. Check the date and time to verify it is the correct one.
It is a large file so if you could make it available on your OneDrive or another hosting site and give us a link.

Yes I know, this XPS model have a bug since I brought it 2 years ago and have never been fixed... there are some workaround over the internet(Dell XPS 15 Touchpad hangs)... but dell doesn't release a fix for it...
