Worst repair services ever
Told the hotline guy I don’t need backup. Sent my laptop there, checked the status everyday and repair is said to be in progress. Another guy asked if I wanted backup, I thought he was asking if I wanted the old hardisk for backup and actually they shipped the laptop back to me without fixing. Three weeks’ wait ended up with nothing. Not to even mention UPS tried to collect import duty on the empty shipping box.
