XPS 12 9Q23 screen

The device is no longer warranty although the problem was originally. the screen remembers the previous image when switching between applications or turning off the device. The memory effect can be stored for up to several minutes using the device It displays dynamic scenes correctly, but for example, if you switch from a browser to a picture or video, you can read the text that you read before. After turning off for a couple of hours the same effect. Perhaps this is a software error and not a hardware error. The problem arises in different operating systems equally. Is there a solution to this problem? I use several operating systems on my device and this problem on all of them

hi, i also had the same problem.
it is a hardware defect of the screen. Dell confirmed it to me. I had the computer under warranty and it was replaced.

Now the computer is 8 years old and I have a new problem with the screen.
Replacing the screen costs 500 euros and is too expensive.

can you help me by sending me the screenshots of the bios? so I can configure it for a new format.

thank you very much
