XPS 13 7390 4K Screen Suddenly Blacked Out With Horizonal Lines

This (image) happened suddenly and I had to do a hold down the power button to shut down. I was already connected to an external monitor via a USB-C Hub and that blacked out as well. I am running Windows 10 Home.

I just got this laptop last week. Any help regarding this would be appreciated!
