XPS 13 7390 USB device not detected

I currently have a Logitech mouse that I have used for the past few years that has worked flawlessly on my previous laptop and on my current one up until now (I have had this laptop for about 6 months). Currently, when I plug my USB manager in with my mouse USB, I am told the USB device is not recognized. I have searched up this issue and have tried every solution I could locate to the best of my abilities and my issues are still persisting.

When I checked the properties of the unrecognized USB driver, I was returned: "

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

I am currently on BIOS version 1.7.0.

Here is what I have done so far:

  • Updated Windows 10
  • Updated BIOS to 1.7.0
  • Tried my mouse in another laptop (it worked)
  • Tried different ports on my computer
  • Updated USB drivers
  • Reinstalled USB drivers

I have even reset my computer, as I have been needing to for awhile.

I'm not too sure what more I can do to fix these issues, I am out of ideas. Here are my USB drivers
