XPS 13-9343, Screen lag (color)
Hello,
I'm starting a new thread because I did not find anything like the issue I am experiencing: my XPS 13 9343 (4 years old) has been working well until a couple of weeks ago when it started to experience some lag when switching between black backgrounds to white backgrounds.
In short, I have a black desktop: when I switch to Gmail (bright white interface), it goes from an almost white screen at start, to only show the Gmail GUI after a couple of seconds. The very light grey elements are not noticeable from the white background at first. They only show later.
Is my screen dying?
I've tried to simulate what is happening (as a screen capture cannot show my problem):

I figured out that the issue may be related to "Dynamic Backlight Control":

HOWEVER, I have a 9343 with FHD display panel and as the message mentions, THERE IS NO FIX!!!
Did anyone find a turnaround? Should I downgrade my BIOS?
