XPS 13 9350, screen goes black when I enter full screen mode, #2
Hi,
I have noticed in the past 4 weeks that my screen has been playing up when I enter full screen mode to watch videos. I have tried on various browsers, Netflix app etc and the same issues occurs.
As I enter full screen mode, i have about 2 seconds before it goes black and occassionally flickers. The sounds stays the same, but the image doesn't.
There doesn't seem to be anything else wrong.
Please help!!

This seems to be a recent rampant issue with the XPS 9x50 systems. I suspect that some Microsoft or Dell update has messed things up. See this post for a response I made and the reference to another thread of people with the same issue.

Thanks John!
Just read that other thread and realised I am having exactly the same issues, including that the issues doesn't occur when I have my power cord plugged in.
Weird. hopefully it is resolved soon!

I have the same issue in 9550, and issue persist even when power is plugged in.
