XPS 13 9360 Not Charging and Not Powering on

Hi,
I tried turning on my XPS 13 yesterday after a month of no use. Unsurprisingly there was no charge in the battery and the laptop did not power on. Upon plugging the laptop in to the A/C charger, the charging LED at the base of the laptop did not light up. I have tried letting the laptop charge for a few hours and have used another XPS charger to confirm that the charger was not the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

If you are able to get the system to boot, please perform a systems diagnostics by running Dell SupportAssist. Make a note of any error messages and post back.
