XPS 13-9360, service tag not correct

hi!

I try to register my new dell xps 13 9360 on https://www.dell.com/support/assets-online/my/en/mybsd1/registration#/identifyservicetag, but my service tag and express code still are not recognized on support site.

pls help me.

If the system shipped from Dell, note that it can take a week or more for a new service tag to show up.

If the system was purchased from Dell, contact the seller for an explanation;  if they cannot provide one, return the system for a refund.

Bought new directly from Dell or from a retailer or private seller? Contact the party you bought the computer from to find out why service tag is not recognized

Why did you not test the computer and register it if necessary as soon as you received it? You had only 30 days to return it if bought new from Dell.

Hopefully you won't need service or support from Dell - because without verification of the service tag from the seller, you will not be able to obtain assistance.

Only the seller can verify the system's history and why the service tag does not show up with Dell.
