XPS 13 9365 2-in-1, black screen

The warranty expired February 2018. The problem started with completely frozen screen, nothing happened no mouse. I took hard reset  and then:

I have black screen on boot, keyboard lights on 2-3 seconds, then nothing.

Then I took battery and CMOS battery off, pressed power button 30 seconds, but this trick did not help.
