XPS 13 9365, System Bios update keeps failing

The Dell Support Assistant on my XPS 9365 says that I urgently need to update my System Bios to v2.5.0 

But when I try to do it it fails.

Can I bypass this update?   Is there another option for a non-technical user?

I don't have experience with Dell Support Assistant. Whenever I have updated a driver, I download it from Dell.com and double-click on EXE file. .

Had this too on my 9750 since 2 weeks it was downloaded but could not be installed. Today it worked and everything has been updated.
