XPS 13 9370 Alienware installed?

I think I made a mistake. 

I did a hard reset of my XPS 13 and decided I would do it myself.  I installed Alienware, which I'm now thinking is something that shouldn't be on my Intel XPS 13?  Rookie move?  I know I have some kind of malware still, keyboard tracking or something, so I've been looking at task manager a lot.  

Obviously my computer runs soooo slow.  Not what I expected for what I paid.  Do I uninstall Alienware?  Is it only meant for certain computers?  How do I uninstall?
