XPS 13-9370, sound problem

My laptop is Dell XPS 13 9370. My problem is sometimes the sound of my laptop goes off automatically. After a hard reset, the sound comes back. What would be the issue? Also, while charging the laptop the fan is making too much noise and the laptop is getting over-heated. My laptop is just 4 months old and it's giving so much of trouble already. What should I do?

What is the status of the audio driver when there is no audio? Is there any exclamation under audio drivers?

Has there been any recent software changes or Windows updates done?

What is the BIOS version installed?
