XPS 13 9380, 4K Windows HD color settings

Hello, under Settings -> Display -> Windows HD Colour settings, do you recommend selecting the check-box which reads "Don't allow ...HDR video on battery..." for a healthy/longer battery life?

Please go through the below reddit post of mine to understand the background/context of this query. Thx.

I was going through the below article https://www.dell.com/support/article/uk/en/ukbsdt1/sln85590/how-to-improve-your-dell-laptop-s-battery-performance?lang=en#3 ..it says there Dell Utilities: Leaving your laptop plugged in all the time or never allowing your battery to fully charge when it's plugged in can actually reduce your battery's charge capacity and shorten its lifecycle. However, Dell has introduced two new battery charge settings, Dell Desktop Mode and Dell Longevity Mode, that help extend a laptop's battery pack lifecycle. Don't suppose these two modes (Dell Desktop Mode and Dell Longevity Mode) are present in the XPS 13 9380 4k model...or are they known by some other names now...can you please confirm?
